I have a lot of names but one main mission: source the good stuff and fuel my humans in the best way possible. And lose weight, but that hasn't worked yet so we'll figure that out later. This blog covers approximately 297 subjects (super technical calculation). Including food sensitivities and allergies, fermentation, real/whole food, chickens, food sourcing, child rearing, cooking, baking, non-toxic living, animals, strong opinions, and shenanigans. And then I write about it... mostly so I don't forget, but you can come hang out, too! (Aren't you so lucky?)
What I avoid: wheat, corn, sesame, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and dairy. My recipes are all over the place. They're from different points in my life, some when I was trying different diets, some are comfort foods from my childhood, others were created once I found out what my body was officially sensitive to.
